Recipe for a delicious milk pudding with Carrageenan K SaporePuro

Here is a simple recipe to prepare a delicious milk pudding with carrageenan :

Ingredients:

  • 500 ml of whole milk
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 2 grams of carrageenan powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (or 1 packet vanilla sugar)
  • Liquid caramel (optional) for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Start by mixing the carrageenan powder with a little sugar in a small bowl. This will help prevent lumps from forming when you add it to the milk.

  2. Pour the milk into a saucepan over medium heat and add the remaining sugar. Stir well until the sugar has completely dissolved.
